David Greenslade is currently Company Secretary and a Director of the GTA Board.
David is also Senior Legal Counsel for AGT | Ainsworth Game Technology.
David’s career includes roles at leading law firms in Sydney and Adelaide, and experience in litigation and complex commercial transactions across Australia, the USA, Africa, and South America.
David’s expertise includes the strategic development, commercialisation and enforcement of intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international gaming and wagering law, corporate governance, and strategic engagement with governments and regulatory authorities on policy and reform.
David has served as a Director and Company Secretary of the GTA Board since 2017, and brings to the GTA Board a deep understanding of the gaming technology industry and the regulatory frameworks within which the Members of the GTA operate.
