Troy Bell is currently a Director of the GTA Board.
Troy brings nearly three decades of gaming experience across both the regulatory and manufacturing compliance sides of the industry, which has honed Troy’s focus on the importance of transparent compliance, and responsible gaming, being essential to the industry maintaining its social licence across government and the community.
In addition to his role as a Director on the GTA Board, Troy is the Director of Regulatory Compliance Australasia at Light & Wonder, where he leads compliance strategy, licensing, and regulatory engagement across the region.
Troy began his career in the gaming industry as a regulator, spending 18 years with the NSW Casino Liquor and Gaming Authority, and the Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority, in various roles including Secretariat, Special Projects, and Chief Audit Executive.
Troy holds an Executive MBA (AGSM at UNSW), a Graduate Certificate in Internal Audit, and a Diploma in Fraud Investigation, and has served on the GTA Board since 2024.
